Coffee / Ethiopia Chelbessa Yirgacheffe

Summer is upon us in full force, which means it’s time for a new collection of guest roasters for us here at Wayward! We’re stoked to get the ball rolling this quarter with some of our favorite friends from the Big Apple. Parlor has been mastering the craft of washed coffees since 2012, and we think that this Ethiopia is the perfect display of all their years of hard work. This coffee shines with delicate flavors like honey and bergamot, but doesn’t compromise on richness and body. Yirgacheffe was one of the first regions in Ethiopia to implement some of the more modern washing processes for over 50 years now. This coffee really pops on espresso, both with and without milk. We hope y’all enjoy.
